Sew a Nell! With so many options the Nell pattern will be your new favourite sewing pattern. An easy to wear dress and blouse that will be worn again and again.
This Fabulous pattern has so many choices, with four blouse and dress options and four sleeve options you can pick and choose which you sew. For the next stage beginner sewer we would recommend the simple blouse with straight sleeves for the class and then go on from there with all the other options. For the improver you can pick and choose which you’d like to sew, now you just have to choose.
- Straight blouse, peplum blouse, knee-length or midi-length gathered dress
- Relaxed fit bodice with bust darts
- V neckline finished with a facing
- Choice of button-front opening or faux bow ties with hidden snaps
- Four sleeve options: short and straight, bracelet-length, flutter, or lined puffball
- Optional patch pockets on the bodice or skirt
Depending on which you choose you will learn to:
Sew darts
Sew a facing
Sewing sleeves
Sew Buttonholes
