Make Workshop Cancellation Policy
Here at Make we want you to get the most you can from coming to learn from us. That is why we keep our workshops small, no big classes where you can’t get the teachers attention. Because of this we have to have a strict cancellation policy. If someone cancels without much notice that could jeopardise the workshop going ahead which will effect our other customers booked on the course.
This is what we have put into place.
If you need to cancel your booking you can do this up to 14 days before the start date. We will either transfer your booking to another workshop or we can offer you a refund minus 25% for administration fee.
If your cancellation is within 14 days of the start of your workshop I’m afraid we are unable to offer a refund or a date transfer. You can transfer your place to another person we will just need to know details of the new person joining us.
We have a minimum number of three people per class, if we don’t have enough people to run the workshop we will be in touch to offer an alternative date or a full refund. We will try our best to give as much notice as possible.
Covid cancellations – If you or someone in your household tests positive before your workshop we will need proof of a positive PCR test. This will need the date and name stated, we will then happily transfer your booking or organise a refund if there isn’t another workshop opportunity.
I hope you understand we are a small business and every workshop we run we are running with a passion for people to learn, we want to continue to run these workshops even in these difficult times.
